Our site is devoted to: computer based staff testing and certification. We develop dedicated software as well as tests and multimedia textbooks. Our team is interdisciplinary: engineers, physicians, physiologists, programmers, educators. We develop computer-based teaching methods as well as traditional. Many of our specialists are Ph.D. in the field of CALL, CAL, CBI, SBI, CBT, SBT, CMI. The newest direction of our research - adoptive psycho physiological testing: we try to combine well known medical regularities and modern pedagogical issues. It allows us to speak about cognitive optimization of learning process. From the other hand it is absolutely practical research: every employer would like to compare "costs and benefits" of staff training. Every employer would like to know more about psychological state of staff members, for instance to prevent disruption of work due to psychological problems among staff and managers etc. So, we can measure this or even forecast !
